On the Farm

A couple weekends ago it was time to brand the calves at Julia's dad's farm, so Ben went over to help. Gretchen and Julia tagged along. Gretchen was thrilled to see live cows! The two calves here are bottle-fed so they like seeing people.

Gretchen enjoyed running around in the wide open spaces. She was also fascinated by the tractor.

Easter

Happy Easter! After going to the early church service, we hosted Easter lunch with Julia's family. We took photos before lunch so the kids could change out of their nice clothes. In hindsight, we should have started photo-taking much earlier or eaten lunch first. You'll see the change in Gretchen's photo-taking tolerance as you scroll down!

We tried bunny ears which two of the three kids did okay with.
