She Walks!

Gretchen took her first steps on Sunday, Oct. 11 and was thrilled that she could walk by herself!! Here's a video from Sunday evening.

Here are a few random but fun photos. To start, I know this is Gretchen's blog but I couldn't help to post a couple photos of Loki the dog. His muzzle all of a sudden got a handlebar mustache without any doing on our part! I think it's hysterical so I wanted to show it.

Now on to Gretchen. She enjoyed playing with the balloons leftover from her birthday.

Gretchen is so long that her feet hang over the edge of her carseat. I wanted to compare an early photo of her in the carseat to show how much she's grown. The first photo was taken the day she came home from the hospital which was 6 days after she was born. The second photo was taken a week ago. Amazing, isn't it?
